Job Summary
Leasing Consultant responsibilities include leasing out community apartments and assisting tenants with their needs at The Reserve at Canyon Creek in San Antonio, TX. Duties involve meeting prospective tenants to determine lease terms, collecting applications and deposits, explaining leases and community policies, coordinating move-in procedures, conducting tours, and supporting resident events and outreach marketing. Required skills include customer service, sales, basic marketing, and familiarity with property-management software (Bluemoon, Yieldstar, OnSite/Yardi) and Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and one to two years related experience and/or training in residential services, customer service, or sales or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous experience with marketing, sales, and customer service
- Experience with Bluemoon, Yieldstart preferred, and Onsite or Yardi (CRM, Voyager, P2P) required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Cover leasing office on weekend shifts as needed
