Part Time Leasing Consultant

Leasing Consultant responsible for all aspects of on-site leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations. Regular/daily onsite attendance; show, qualify, tour, and sign leases; close sales, generate leads, conduct tours, maintain model units, and complete leasing paperwork. Manage prospect traffic, respond to leads within 24 hours, implement marketing strategies to increase property traffic and achieve leasing goals, handle resident concerns, and assist with retention programs and office upkeep. Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements, plus basic on-site software skills, are required. Salary: $19-$20/hour (annualized to $39,520-$41,600) for part-time hours.
