Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and execute sales and leasing functions to meet occupancy goals. Assist with administrative and operational site functions as required while reporting to the Site Manager. Maintain knowledge of Acts, Laws, and Legislation pertaining to residential property management. Work Wednesday afternoons (9 am–2 pm or 10 am–3 pm) and Saturday mornings (11 am–4 pm). A valid driver's license, dependable vehicle, and clear background check are required.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service skills with a go-getter attitude
- Above average computer literacy with the ability to pick up new software fast
- Knowledge of Acts, Laws and Legislation pertaining to residential property management
- Proficient administrative skills gained from an office setting
- A strong sales background with the ability to close deals
- Flexibility to work afternoons, evenings and on weekends
- A valid driver's license and dependable vehicle
- A clear background check
- The successful completion of pre-employment fitness testing
