Job Summary
Part-Time Leasing Agent responsible for showing and leasing apartment suites to prospective residents, qualifying prospects, completing lease agreements, collecting rental deposits, and delivering superior customer service. Role includes scheduling viewings, tours, answering leasing inquiries, market surveys, preparing rental applications, coordinating with marketing efforts, and supporting open houses. Requires exceptional customer service, sales experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Contract positions run roughly 24-36 hours per week with every-other weekend, starting at $23.00/hour, and a duration of approximately 3 months.
