Job Summary
Greet, qualify, show, and close prospective residents while inviting tours and recording traffic and leasing activity. Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork, walk through units to ensure readiness, and move in residents by reviewing lease addendums. Promote other income items, verify applications, and notify applicants of approval or denial. Prepare service requests and assign staff to duties to promote leasing, retention, and occupancy. Work three days per week from Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 9am-4:30pm, with occasional evening showings until 6:30pm.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in working with the public and/or sales
- Knowledge of professional business discipline
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be available for 3 days per week
- Must be available Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 9am-4:30pm
- Must be available for evening showings occasionally based on occupancy needs, no later than 6:30pm
- Must be friendly
- Must be motivated
- Must be energetic
- Must enjoy variety in their workday
- Must be an outgoing self-starter
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must have a sales background
