​ Part-Time Leasing Agent / Assistant Property Manager LTE

Conduct apartment tours, respond to leasing inquiries via multiple channels, and convert leads into signed leases using Entrata property management software. Prepare leases and resident documents, assist with move-ins, move-outs, and orientations, and coordinate work orders with the maintenance team. Maintain accurate resident files, support rent collection, and help the Property Manager with daily administrative operations. This part-time role (20–30 hours/week) includes flexible evenings and weekends during peak seasons, with competitive hourly pay and commission opportunities.
