Part-Time Lead Service Valet

Lead Service Valet responsible for covering Area Leader duties during absences, managing assigned service areas, training and supporting service valets, conducting audits of service quality, safety, and operational efficiency, filling in on trash collection routes as needed, responding quickly to service issues, identifying trends, and recommending process improvements. Supports multiple districts as needed, helps with container delivery and community events, and maintains positive relationships with peers, leadership, and client contacts. Requires a customer-first mindset, team leadership potential, strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in outdoor, fast-changing environments. Schedule is evenings (part-time) with potential for growth into leadership roles; compensation is $22/hour with mileage reimbursement; must have a valid driver’s license, smartphone, and be willing to work in various outdoor conditions.
