Job Summary
Coordinate and supervise the team responsible for monitoring live game feeds and inserting ad cues during commercial breaks for NFL football games. Schedule DAI Operators, distribute game format sheets, and address equipment or logistics issues. Monitor performance metrics, generate analytics reports, and lead conference calls to manage real-time schedule changes and break assignments. Perform application and system testing of ad delivery as directed while reporting anomalies to management. Requires Sunday and peak event game day availability with shifts ranging from four to eight hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma; GED or equivalency
- Proven experience working with computers in an office environment
- Experience working in a Lead role and/or supervisory capacity
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Applications (Word, Excel, PP, Outlook) in PC or MAC
- Working knowledge of email, slack and web browsers in PC or MAC
- Strong communication and analysis skills
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented with the ability to follow through on multi-step instructions
- General availability for Sunday and other peak event Game Days during the NFL Football season
- Punctuality
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's, or Associate degree
- Prior experience working for the NFL
- Previous experience working in live TV/broadcast environments (production, stage, etc.)
- Management experience
- Familiarity with Ad insertion
- Availability on non-Game Days
- Availability for occasional in-office work
- Strong work ethic
- Positive workplace approach
- Ability to work well with others
- Passionate sports-fan, knowledgeable about football
