Part-Time Keyholder - Woodbury Commons

Keyholder (Part-Time) in Central Valley, NY responsible for delivering a service-first culture on the sales floor, coaching teammates, and upholding brand standards while supporting store operations. Role may serve as Manager on Duty, ensuring visual merchandising and service expectations are met. Responsibilities include leading customer experiences, coaching and team selling, clienteling, assisting with in-store events, onboarding and training, and upholding SOPs. Requires 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience (with some leadership), ability to stand for extended shifts, lift up to 25 lbs, and availability to work at least 16 hours/week on peak days (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, holidays) or with a defined mix of peak/non-peak days.
