Job Summary
As a Part Time Keyholder at SMCP (Sandro & Maje) in Montréal, you will support the store leadership to ensure smooth store operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll lead by example with opening/closing procedures, cash handling, KPI tracking, and helping drive sales targets through personalized service, product knowledge, and relationship-building with clients. You’ll foster an inclusive shopping environment, give styling guidance, manage stock and visual standards, and support new hires and team development to promote growth. The role requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and offers a base hourly pay plus an individual commission structure, 50% shopping discount, seasonal wardrobe, cellphone contribution, and extensive employee benefits and development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in retail or customer service, with supervisory experience preferred.
