Job Summary
We are seeking a Part-Time Keyholder to manage store operations in the absence of the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager. Responsibilities include learning operational procedures, assisting customers, overseeing store openings and closings, and communicating the Rothy's brand values. Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and possess strong customer service skills. Applicants should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication abilities, and be capable of standing for up to 8 hours and lifting up to 25 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Retail, Hospitality, or customer-oriented experience
- Positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment
