Job Summary
Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely while merchandising, stocking, and maintaining store cleanliness including bathrooms and floors. Assist customers with a positive disposition, manage sales transactions at the cash register, and ensure security of cash and company assets. Perform duties as needed across all assigned areas to support daily store operations. Part-time role located at 1384 Shelton Ave, Statesville, North Carolina. Required Qualifications
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High level of integrity
- Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment
