Job Summary
Manage front-end operations, cash handling, and store cleanliness as the Store Manager on Duty. Lead sales associates through training, coaching, and performance reviews to drive CSAT scores and key metrics like sales and expense control. Execute opening and closing procedures, oversee merchandising, and handle receiving and stocking while ensuring compliance with all SOPs. Assist with payroll processes and partner with supervisors on store issues. Operate cash registers, manage bank deposits, and maintain stock room readiness. Work part-time hours at a leading retailer offering trend-right products priced under $5.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of management experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
- Must be able to identify and discern email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and standard operating procedures
- Must be able to remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time
Desired Qualifications
