Job Summary
Greet and assist customers professionally while offering product recommendations and collaborating with the sales team to meet targets. Support store management with opening and closing procedures, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure accurate product tagging and pricing. Process transactions efficiently using the POS system, manage stockroom inventory, and replenish the shop floor. Maintain store standards, including back-of-house areas, and communicate daily needs to leadership. Work in a loud, busy environment standing for long periods, lifting over 50 pounds, and climbing ladders. Flexible to work weekends and evenings.
