Job Summary
Open and close the store in accordance with company policies, lead the store team, and provide exceptional customer service while resolving issues. Process sales transactions accurately, assist with inventory control and restocking, and ensure cleanliness and safety standards are upheld. Support loss prevention efforts, report unusual activity, and train new associates as needed. Maintain a professional presence, motivate peers, and interact respectfully with customers and managers. This part-time role requires flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. Wage range is $18.90-$21.90/hr.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1+ years of retail sales experience
- Minimum of 1+ year of acting retail leadership/management experience that allowed you the opportunity to lead aspects of the business and develop team members
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older to apply
- Ability to move around the store throughout the shift/workday
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to regularly squat/kneel
- Ability to regularly use a ladder, step stool or raised platform safely
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Retail, preferably fast fashion experience
- Demonstrated knowledge / ability of collaboration to drive results as a team
- Demonstrated awareness and understanding of basic Retail principles such as sales, stock and service delivery in stores
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend and holiday shifts
- Solid communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment
