Job Summary
Part-time Key Holder responsible for opening/closing the store, leading the team, delivering exceptional customer service, processing sales, and assisting with inventory control, merchandising, and loss prevention. Will train and mentor new associates, maintain store cleanliness and safety, and collaborate with teammates to achieve goals. Requires retail experience (preferably in fast fashion) and prior leadership/management experience; must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; must be at least 18 and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1+ years of retail sales experience
- Minimum of 1+ year of acting retail leadership/management experience
