Job Summary
Key Holders are responsible for opening and closing the store, leading the store team, providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, assisting in inventory control and merchandising, and ensuring store cleanliness and safety standards. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of retail sales experience and leadership experience. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older to apply
- Minimum of 1+ years of retail sales experience
- Minimum of 1+ year of acting retail leadership/management experience that allowed you the opportunity to lead aspects of the business and develop team members
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Retail, preferably fast fashion experience
- Demonstrated knowledge / ability of collaboration to drive results as a team
- Demonstrated awareness and understanding of basic Retail principles such as sales, stock and service delivery in stores
- Solid communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
