Job Summary
Part-time Key Holder at Cotton On Body in Providence, responsible for opening/closing the store, leading the team as part of management, delivering exceptional customer service, processing transactions, assisting with inventory, merchandising, maintaining cleanliness and safety, supporting loss prevention, training and mentoring new associates, and working collaboratively to achieve store goals. Requires 18+ and high school diploma or equivalent, with 1+ year retail sales and 1+ year leadership experience; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills; ability to move around the store and lift up to 50 pounds; in-store leadership duties and a focus on store operations in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.
Required Qualifications
