Part-Time Key Holder (Chicago)

Lead the sales floor with confidence and warmth for Catbird's Chicago store; actively engage customers to sell demi-fine jewelry, Forever Jewelry, and piercing services, and perform Forever Jewelry welding and device-based ear piercings to high standards. Coach and support Stylists through real-time feedback, balance selling with services by monitoring service flow and floor coverage, and handle customer questions, returns, or escalations. Open and close the store and support daily operations including inventory, merchandising, and visual standards. The ideal candidate is an experienced retail leader who is service-driven, customer-focused, calm under pressure, and capable of prioritizing in a fast-paced environment. Jewelry or piercing experience is a plus, with a commitment to learning and strong communication, kindness, clarity, and common sense. Flexible and reliable with scheduling including weekends and holidays.
