Job Summary
Alternate between Coordinator and Key Carrier roles to maintain all aspects of the store, acting as Manager on Duty and ensuring opening/closing procedures are executed per company guidelines. Address immediate customer service issues, provide coaching to Associates, and ensure team adherence to operational procedures and labor laws. Prioritize tasks based on store needs, manage Associate coverage in service areas, and partner with management on training needs to increase effectiveness. Promote safety awareness, support shrink reduction goals, and facilitate credit and loyalty programs. Requires flexible availability including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications

- 1 year retail
- 6 months leadership experience
- Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
- Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores
- Proven problem solving skills
- Able to effectively coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks
- Able to act quickly under challenging circumstances
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Must have open availability, including nights and weekends
