Job Summary
Build relationships with schools and educators to increase program participation and develop retention strategies. Promote JA Finance Park through outreach, marketing, and community engagement while delivering top-tier customer service to all program interactions. Assist with program scheduling, logistics, and communication with schools to coordinate and facilitate student simulation days. Support volunteers and ensure a positive experience for students and teachers at the hands-on financial literacy program. This part-time role focuses on expanding Junior Achievement's reach to middle and high school students.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable speaking with groups
- Enjoys working with middle and high school students
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in education, sales, marketing, or nonprofit work preferred
