Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans. Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices while fostering a positive, engaging learning environment for clients and their families. Services are provided in clients' homes and community-based settings for part-time positions. Candidates must obtain RBT certification before providing services, with paid training and support available to eligible individuals. Commitment of at least six months is required. Choose your own cases with no minimum case requirement and earn referral bonuses by sharing opportunities. Fellowship and internship opportunities are available to earn both restricted and unrestricted hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Candidates must successfully obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services
- Willingness to dedicate at least six months to changing the lives of our clients
- Services are provided in clients' homes and community-based settings
