Part-Time Janitorial/Maintenance Employee

Sweep garages, lots, and walkways; wipe handrails and clean windows using approved supplies. Mop elevator landings, polish trash cans, empty liners, and remove debris from drive lanes. Operate company vehicles safely while maintaining a clean driving record. Perform snow removal, including shoveling, scrapping, and applying mag salt. Paint stairwells, bathrooms, and office walls as work orders are assigned. Conduct car counts at structures and open lots. This role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Employees work up to 80% of the time outside in all weather conditions, including extreme cold, heat, and high winds.
