Job Summary
Part-Time IV Infusion Nurse needed to join Restore Hyper Wellness' wellness-focused team in Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities include administering IV Drip Therapy and IM injections, delivering hyperbaric oxygen therapy sessions, educating clients on ingredients and benefits, utilizing EMR for documentation, coordinating with the Medical Director and Advanced Practice Providers, ensuring medical compliance, supporting store services and off-site nursing events, and leading nursing activities under supervision. Requires an active RN license, BLS certification, minimum two years in acute-care settings (ER/ICU/Med-Surg), and experience with injections; strong communication and customer-service skills are essential. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certified
- at least two years of nursing experience in acute care settings (ER, ICU, Med-Surg or similar)
- at least one year of experience administering injections
- comfortable with electronic medical records (EMR)
- strong communication and customer service skills
- commitment to ethics and integrity
- ability to work both independently and in a team
- understanding of medical compliance policies
