Job Summary
Part-Time IOP Therapist needed to support evening clients (4:00 PM–8:00 PM, Mon–Fri) at a treatment center focused on OCD and anxiety disorders. Responsibilities include providing validation and skilled clinical interactions, coordinating with the treatment team for scheduling and interventions, maintaining documentation (progress notes, group therapy notes), overseeing psychotherapeutic intervention for OCD/other mental health disorders, and planning/leading group and individual psychotherapy sessions within the facility's ERP-based protocol. Requires a Master's-level degree or higher in a relevant field and an active state license; preferred candidates have 2+ years of mental health experience and experience with CBT, DBT, OCD/anxiety treatment, and EHR/data entry; strong communication, organization, and adaptability are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in social work, clinical mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, Pd.D, Psy.D.
- Current and unrestricted state licensure
