Part-Time Inventory Control Associate

Job Summary
Conduct inventory control and warehouse operations including receiving, picking, sorting, labeling, and scanning orders into the inventory system. Pack, fold, and arrange garments while performing cycle counts, stock checks, and resolving discrepancies for displaced or mislabeled products. Research and correct inventory errors to ensure accurate placement for distribution center flow. Scan shipping orders and input data to maintain precise records. Work onsite in a warehouse environment requiring standing, repetitive movement, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Perform duties during mandatory overtime including weekends as needed. Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience is a bonus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
- Preference will be given to candidates with previous related experience
- At least 2-3 years of continued work experience
- 2 years in-depth SAP experience
- Must be very comfortable with Microsoft Office, with extensive experience with Microsoft Excel
- Must be able to tolerate working in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Must be able to lift 15-50 lbs on a regular basis
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve
- Ability to add, subtract multiply and divide numbers
- Read and comprehend documents, instructions, and correspondence in English to perform job duties efficiently
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders in spoken English, ensuring clarity and understanding
- Participate in meetings, discussions, and presentations requiring proficient spoken English skills
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing valuable insights and feedback in English
- Learn tasks quickly, accuracy driven, personable, team oriented, and punctual with excellence in attendance
- Ability to work seasonal mandatory OT as needed and maintain excellent attendance
- Must be able to lift no less than 15-50 lbs on a regular basis
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be available for Saturdays and Sundays
