Part Time Interventionist

Instruct assigned elementary classes and create a learning environment conducive to student maturity and interests. Prepare for each class, demonstrate written evidence of preparation, and employ varied instructional techniques consistent with student needs. Assess student accomplishments regularly, provide progress reports, and maintain accurate records required by law and district policy. Encourage students to set and maintain behavioral standards while taking precautions to protect students, equipment, and facilities. Cooperate with staff in planning instructional goals, attend meetings, accept responsibility for co-curricular activities, and make provision for availability to students and parents outside the instructional day when requested.
