Job Summary
The Part-Time Intake Team Support Specialist at Easterseals MORC is responsible for engaging consumers empathetically and assisting them with inquiries through various communication channels. Required Qualifications
- Have two (2) years of responsible full-time clerical experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to make general decisions in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
- Strong computer knowledge and experience including Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of modern office equipment, practices, and procedures.
- Experience with healthcare EHR systems and Salesforce a plus.
- Knowledge of grammar, spelling and punctuation.
