Responsibilities include teaching both virtual and in-person classes, offering personalized caller support, making outbound calls, promoting OATS culture, coordinating with staff, submitting paperwork, collecting surveys, data entry into Salesforce, participating in trainer meetings, and recruiting participants as needed. Key skills include strong spoken communication, ability to explain technical concepts to diverse seniors, proficiency with Windows and iOS, comfort with social media tools, travel to senior/community centers, teamwork, reliability, time management, patience, flexibility, and humor. Minimum 1 year professional experience required. This role involves both instructional delivery and program support across on-site and remote settings, with a focus on accessibility and social impact through OATS and Senior Planet programs.
