Job Summary
Assist the Lead Teacher with daily care and supervision of infants and toddlers, including feeding, diaper changes, and nap routines. Engage children through music, books, sensory activities, and play while maintaining consistent classroom routines. Closely supervise the group to ensure safety and document daily activities for families via the center's communication app. Keep the classroom clean, organized, and welcoming. This part-time role in Clancy, MT, supports social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development within a collaborative team environment. No prior childcare experience is required; paid onboarding and classroom training are provided.
Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years old
- Caring, patient, and dependable
- Interested in infant development and early childhood education
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Organized and attentive to children's needs
- A positive communicator
- Willing to learn and complete required Montana licensing training
- CPR and First Aid Certified (or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire)
