Job Summary
Conduct in-home euthanasia, hospice, and palliative care for pets and their families. Perform quality-of-life consultations and provide compassionate family support within a mobile environment. Maintain weekend rotational availability and independently manage cases requiring up to 50 lbs of lifting. This role offers flexible part-time or full-time scheduling with unhurried appointments, 401(k) matching, medical coverage, and CE allowances. Heartstrings Pet Hospice is a private family-owned practice dedicated to end-of-life care without restrictive non-compete agreements.
Required Qualifications
- DVM/VMD/BVMS
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to Work Independently in a Mobile Environment
- Weekend Availability (Rotational)
- Ability to Lift up to 50 lbs Unassisted
