Job Summary
Provide one-on-one support with community independence, daily living, and recreation for children and adolescents with autism in their homes and the community. Work under the supervision of experienced Case Managers while gaining experience using Applied Behavior Analysis principles. Deliver services in the Westminster--Carroll County area, with opportunities to advance into other roles within Trellis or related special education fields. This part-time role requires a valid driver's license and auto insurance, with flexible afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts available.
Required Qualifications
- Meet the minimum age requirement of 18
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- The ability to pass a background check
- Minimum 100 hours of working/volunteer/personal experience with individuals with developmental delays
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Driver's License
- Current Auto Insurance
- Ability to push, pull, lift up to 35 pounds
- Ability to move quickly
