Job Summary
Supervise Package Handlers and train workgroups on safety, production, attendance, and account productivity standards. Ensure full compliance with department, station, corporate, and OSHA safety policies while managing resources for maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency. Establish a positive, team-oriented environment through pro-active communication, inter-departmental cooperation, and continual improvement. Implement personal development plans, provide detailed orientation and skills training, conduct regular evaluations, and offer coaching to support employee growth. Requires ability to lift 70 lbs, flexible shift availability up to five days per week, strong communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
