Job Summary
Part-time HR Receptionist handling front-desk operations in a manufacturing/plant setting: manage phone system and reception area, screen visitors/vendors, maintain visitor logs and confidentiality, administer PPE and uniform programs, coordinate with vendors, ensure postings and policy books are current, assist with planning plant activities and New Hire Orientation, support HR Team initiatives, and serve as back-up for HR Administrative tasks. Requires high school diploma or GED, ability to multitask, strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and proficiency in MS Word/Excel with willingness to complete Wonderlic and other required assessments; position involves varied shifts and overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
- Pass required computer tests (Wonderlic, typing, WPT-R, PCI MS Word & Excel)
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
- Flexible and willing to take on other duties as assigned
- Overtime/varied shifts as needed
- English speaking/reading proficiency for comprehension
