Job Summary
Part-Time HR Assistant role focused on onboarding, payroll changes, benefits paperwork, and maintaining confidential employee records. Responsibilities include supporting new hire orientation, responding to policy and benefits questions, assisting with compliance and HR reporting, and providing general administrative support to the HR team. Ideal for someone pursuing a career in HR, with attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. On-site at Lehi, UT, approximately 15–25 hours per week ( Thursdays and Fridays, 9am–5pm).
Required Qualifications
- Previous HR, office administration, or related experience preferred
- Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and confidentiality standards is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic HR software systems
