Job Summary
Oversee the smooth running of supported housing for 16-24 year olds in Sutton in Ashfield, providing advice, administering rent, and managing incidents including emergencies, fires, and conflict. Respond to fire alarms, provide first aid, and liaise with police and agencies to prevent harm. Support prospective residents with applications and signpost external agencies. Cover 23 hours per week across Friday and Saturday shifts from 11pm to 11am. Requires an enhanced DBS check and confidence in handling difficult situations with vulnerable young people.
Required Qualifications

- Confidence to deal with difficult situations and handle conflict appropriately
- Experience or a desire to learn skills for social work, youth work, housing, drug and alcohol services, rehabilitation services, sociology, security
