Part Time Housing Duty Worker

This role centers on supporting residents in a housing provision setting, overseeing the smooth running of a building, and providing a range of duties from advice, rent-related queries, and first aid to crisis management, incident reporting, and coordination with agencies. The Housing Duty Worker will handle administration, security, fire safety, cleaning tasks, and signpost residents to relevant services, with a focus on working with young people aged 16–24 and weekend shifts (Fri 11pm–Sat 11am; Sat 11pm–Sun 11am). Strong communication, conflict management, and the ability to work with minimal supervision are essential, along with DBS clearance and a willingness to train and develop in housing-related roles.
