Job Summary
Clean all store areas (floors, windows, restrooms) per Kohl's standards; maintain safe, clean environment and complete routine operational tasks; manage supplies and chemicals, replenish as needed, and rotate/store chemicals properly; assist with stockroom operations and omnichannel fulfillment when required; engage customers, provide product/service assistance, and follow safety policies; perform basic equipment operation and training, and adapt to store processes while meeting productivity and safety goals.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
- Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- No retail experience required
- Basic math and reading skills
- Ability to operate and communicate on multiple handheld scanners and technology
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally over 50 lbs. with a two-person lift
- Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift
- Ability to comply with dress code and health/safety standards
