Job Summary
Supervise, train, and develop housekeeping staff while coordinating daily work assignments and conducting regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Assign cleaning tasks effectively, monitor staff efficiency, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, workplace safety protocols, and company policies. Track performance using technology-driven systems, manage inventory control, and oversee housekeeping key security. Enforce state and federal labor laws, administer employee counseling, and implement standard operating procedures to drive operational efficiency. Maintain cleanliness across all areas and perform additional duties as assigned by departmental leadership. Requires weekend and holiday availability, physical capability for lifting up to 60 lbs, and proficiency in housekeeping management technology.
