Job Summary
Take ownership of guest rooms to ensure they are clean, comfortable, and ready for guests, servicing all allocated rooms in accordance with brand standards. Restock and clean the housekeeping trolley, check room supplies, and maintain cleanliness of guest corridors. Possess a warm, caring personality and excellent organizational skills to anticipate guest needs while remaining physically fit for cleaning tasks. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays is required. This role is part-time within the Housekeeping team at our 172-room premium hotel located directly opposite Southern Cross Station.
