Job Summary
Ensure club and exercise equipment are clean and well-maintained while providing excellent customer service to members and guests. Keep the sidewalk entrance, lobby, locker rooms, and storage areas presentable, maintaining adequate towel supplies on the exercise floor. Clean and organize exercise and coat rooms, service all equipment, receive deliveries, and assist with special events. Notify the Housekeeping Manager immediately when rooms or equipment require urgent attention. This part-time role requires a minimum of 24 hours per week and includes a complimentary club membership plus access to personal training, spa, and shop perks.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work a minimum of 24 hours a week
- Must possess a clear understanding of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment
- Ability to service athletic equipment
- Experience working with cleaning products and hand tools
- Strong customer service abilities
- Strong organizational abilities
- Strong communication abilities
- Strong multi-tasking abilities
- Must have a legal right to work in the United Kingdom
