Job Summary
Conduct daily deep cleaning of resident rooms and common areas, including vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing. Remove and replace bedding and linens while ensuring all tasks align with the campus cleaning schedule. Coordinate with the Executive Director, Administrative Assistant, and House Supervisors during house walks to verify timely completion. Report any maintenance needs immediately. Maintain a positive attitude with residents and team members while adhering to MCE policies and procedures. This part-time role supports Assisted Living and Memory Care operations at Mustang Creek Estates in Flower Mound, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years relevant housekeeping experience, preferably in Assisted Living/Memory Care
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong customer service and hospitality focus
- Ability to act in a Resident's best interest
- Ability to work and communicate professionally and courteously
