Job Summary
Clean vacant apartments for move-in and occupied units weekly using the Company Checklist, while maintaining the highest standards in halls, common areas, and laundry rooms. Follow infection control protocols, restock supplies, and report maintenance concerns or inventory needs to the Housekeeping Supervisor. Ensure all areas remain fresh and welcoming for residents, families, and visitors. Maintain a warm, respectful presence throughout your shift. Schedule is Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. No certifications required; training provided.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Must have a positive Criminal Background Screening
- Must be able to adhere to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy
Desired Qualifications
- Prior housekeeping experience
- Should be familiar with safe operation of cleaning equipment such as vacuums, spray bottles, and with the safe use of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Must be dependable, self-motivated, and take pride in a job done right
- Must have a warm, professional demeanor around residents and families
- Minimum one (1) year housekeeping experience
