Clean and maintain all common areas, corridors, lounges, and resident rooms to ensure health standards are met. Empty wastebaskets, dust furniture, wash windows and fixtures, move arrangements, and replenish bathroom supplies using approved disinfectants. Sweep, mop floors, clean carpets, and disinfect equipment while keeping storage areas stocked and tidy. Report accurate inventory levels to the manager for replenishment. Perform unit turns and follow established safety and regulatory policies. Work inside with regular exposure to fumes and airborne particles.
