Job Summary
Prepare guest accommodation by cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas to exceptional standards. Make and change beds, replace linens and towels, and replenish amenities while dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising all spaces. Check rooms against presentation standards before guest arrival and report any maintenance issues or lost property promptly. Work efficiently to meet daily room turnaround targets without compromising quality, following all cleaning procedures, COSHH guidance, and health and safety policies. Support colleagues to ensure accommodation is ready on time for arriving guests while providing a friendly service during interactions. This physically demanding role requires working on your feet for the majority of shifts, with a Monday and Friday schedule from 9am to 3pm (12 hours per week) at Potters Resorts Five Lakes.
