Job Summary
Conduct detailed cleaning of the residence, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, laundry, and linens. Perform regular property inspections, monitor home conditions, and coordinate vendors and maintenance appointments. Manage household inventory, stock essentials, and ensure the home is prepared for the family's return. Serve as the family's local point of contact while they are out of state and handle mail and deliveries. Optionally provide occasional pet sitting for two Labradoodles during short trips. Maintain organization throughout the home and ensure it remains guest-ready at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Housekeeper, House Manager, or Estate Caretaker in a private residence
- Exceptional housekeeping skills with a keen eye for detail
- Experience managing and maintaining a private residence independently
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience coordinating vendors and service providers
- Trustworthy, dependable, and highly discreet
- Seeking a long-term, year-round commitment
