Job Summary
Coordinate school pickups twice weekly, manage ad hoc drop-offs, and handle kid-related errands while providing light supervision and backup childcare. Prepare 2–3 dinners weekly, shop groceries, and maintain a smoke-free environment with strict adherence to family privacy and no social media content. Perform daily home resets, coordinate cleaning services, manage laundry cycles, and handle small maintenance tasks like battery changes and light bulb replacements. Restock pantry and supply inventories, process Amazon and Costco orders, and manage mail and package breakdowns. Assist with seasonal swaps, donation drop-offs, and family travel packing. Allow the Saint Bernadoodle in and out daily and provide occasional walks. Maintain the family calendar, serve as the point of contact for contractors, and coordinate events and appointments. Work part-time, 15–20 hours per week, with daytime coverage ending by 5:00 PM and occasional flexibility for date night.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable personal transportation required
- Up-to-date on general vaccinations per CDC guidelines
- Comfortable signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
- Strong commitment to family privacy, including no social media content featuring the home, family members, or any identifying details
- Show up as a self-starter who takes initiative without being asked
- Work independently and without micromanagement
- Communicate openly and professionally about household needs without overstepping into personal territory
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to privacy and discretion, especially around children, the home, and the family's public presence
- Bring a proactive, organized mindset
- Adapt easily to a dynamic household where the schedule and priorities can shift from week to week
- Handle sensitive information with maturity
- Bring experience from nannying, hospitality, or admin roles
Desired Qualifications
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred; not a dealbreaker
