Job Summary
Part-Time House Manager & Personal Assistant in Aptos, CA (8–12 hours per week, 1:00 PM–8:00 PM Wed–Fri) at $35–$40/hour, start ASAP. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining household organization systems, daily resets and light tidying, laundry and linens management, meal support with the household’s meal-prep chef, inventory and errands, vendor coordination, travel planning and hotel bookings, pet care for a household cat, administrative and personal assistant support, and ongoing special projects. The role requires authorized US work status, reliable transportation, vaccination requirements, comfort with cats, and being tech-savvy; background check is noted. Required Qualifications
- Maintain a smoke-free environment
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation required; mileage reimbursed at the standard IRS rate

- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
