Job Summary
Part-time House Manager/Nanny for three boys in Amherst, NY. Responsibilities include organizing laundry, light cleaning (no deep cleaning), grocery shopping and errands, school pick-up and transportation to activities, supervising and assisting with homework, organizing and maintaining household systems, and communicating effectively with parents to ensure a smooth household flow. Requires tech-savvy use of calendars and apps, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, comfort with pets, willingness to travel occasionally, Covid-19 vaccination, and US work authorization. Long-term commitment desired. 2 weeks paid vacation, 3-5 sick/personal days, and major federal holidays off. Schedule: Part-time, Monday-Friday, 4-hour days, guaranteed 20 hours per week. Start times may vary with 2 weeks notice.
Required Qualifications
- Tech-savvy with experience managing schedules and online tools (e.g. Google Docs or apps)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
