Coordinate family appointments, monitor school communications, and handle occasional pickups, drop-offs, and backup childcare. Maintain a household maintenance calendar for recurring tasks and act as the on-site point of contact for cleaners and contractors. Research and present contractor options for new repairs while managing vendor relationships and seasonal property transitions. Keep the third family vehicle fueled and schedule routine maintenance.
